Siddhartha Bank awarded the ‘Best Annual Financial Report’ award for the 2nd time in a row
This award has encouraged the bank to publish more refined financial statements in the coming days.
KATHMANDU: Siddhartha Bank Limited was honored with the banking industry’s ‘Best Annual Financial Report 2022’ award.
The Institute of Nepal Chartered Accountants has awarded the bank the Gold Award for the finest financial report in the banking industry based on the annual report released in fiscal year 2021-22.
Last year, Siddharth Bank was awarded the ‘Best Annual Financial Report 2021’ award. Mr. Sundar Prasad Kadel, Chief Executive Officer of Siddhartha Bank, received the award on Friday from Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat at a ceremony in Kathmandu.
This award has encouraged the bank to publish more refined financial statements in the coming days.
The bank’s awarded annual report will also compete for the South Asian Federation of Accountants ‘Best Annual Report’ award at the South Asian level.
With the goal of offering banking services to all sectors and classes, the bank has provided high-quality and technology-friendly banking services across the country through 196 branches (including 5 extension counters), 123 branchless banking services, and 220 ATMs.
Furthermore, the bank has prioritized the digital medium in its service operations, offering a variety of banking services in a simple and user-friendly manner, such as opening savings, term, and demat accounts, and applying for debit and credit cards online in a secure manner.
