National Chess Champion Rupesh Jaiswal participating in FIDE Chess World Cup 2023 with support from DishHome

KATHMANDU: Nepal’s talented national chess player Rupesh Jaiswal is going to be sponsored.

DishMedia Network Limited will fund Jaiswal, who is preparing to compete in the coveted FIDE Chess World Championship, in order to encourage local talent and the game of chess.

The FIDE Chess World Cup 2023 will be held in Baku, Azerbaijan, from July 30 to August 24.

DishMedia Network sees Rupesh Jaiswal’s travel to the event where top chess players from across the world participate as a chance to nurture talent and promote its brand on the worldwide arena.

The firm will give Jaiswal with the required financial support through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund in order for him to compete in the FIDE Chess World Cup 2023.

This commercial endeavour is thought to empower local talent and help to the growth of chess in Nepal.
