KATHMANDU: Nepal bowled out UAE for 157 runs in the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup. Nepal has covered UAE cheaply thanks to Kushal Bhurtel’s record bowling.

After winning the toss, the UAE batted first at Sri Lanka’s P Sara Oval Colombo cricket stadium. He made 157 runs despite losing all four wickets in 44 overs.
Lovepreet Singh scored 52 runs from 82 balls for UAE, with 6 fours and 1 six. Supratha Valthapa scored 16 runs, while Ethan D’Souza scored 18.
Kushal Bhurtel grabbed 6 wickets and scored 40 runs in 10 overs for Nepal. Shyam Dhakal grabbed two wickets, while Kushal Malla and Pawan Sarraf each took one.
Nepal and UAE A, both from Group B, have been eliminated from the group stage.
