Manang Air chopper carrying 5 people from Solukhumbu to Kathmandu lost communication
Contact was lost 10 minutes after takeoff.
KATHMANDU: Manang Air’s helicopter, which was flying from Surke in Solukhumbu to Kathmandu, has lost communication.
The chopper carried five international passengers, according to Tribhuvan Airport spokeswoman Teknath Sitaula.
The helicopter took off from Solukhumbu at 10 am.
Contact was lost 10 minutes after takeoff.
