KSBB provides uniforms to students

KATHMANDU: The pupils of Shree Guhyeshwari Basic School have received uniforms from Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank (KSBB).

As part of its corporate social responsibility, the bank handed out uniforms to Shree Guhyeshwari Basic School in Padajungi, Jhapa District Kamal Rural Municipality-5 today, Ashar 18 (July 4), through its Damak branch office.

According to the bank, the uniforms were supplied free of charge to pupils who are landless, flood-affected, squatters, Dalits, tribals, tribal groups, and those with low economic status.

Khim Lal Bhushal, the bank’s head of Koshi State, handed off the uniforms to Bishnu Prasad Khanal, the headmaster of Guhyeshwari Basic School.

Other school instructors, students, local authorities, and bank staff also attended the event.

In addition, the bank will continue such social initiatives in the coming days in coordination and collaboration with stakeholders.
