SC sought a response within 24 hours regarding the detention of 3 including Min Bahadur Gurung

KATHMANDU The Supreme Court has sought a response within 24 hours on the arrest and detention of three people on the charge of illegally entering through Lalita Niwas’ government land in Baluwatar.

The court has requested a written explanation for the arrests of Bhatbhateni supermarket owner Min Bahadur Gurung, former election commissioner Sudhir Kumar Sah, and Dharma Prasad Gautam in the aforementioned incident.

The Supreme Court ordered them to appear before the court for the hearing on the writ of habeas corpus after they registered the petition at Kathmandu District Court.
