4 accused in Lalita Niwas scandal taken to public prosecutor’s office (photos)
The police have brought them to the public prosecutor's office to present them in court in order to get a deadline to keep them in prison in order to investigate the corruption of official papers.
KATHMANDU: 4 persons who were arrested on the charge of being involved in the act of passing government documents in the name of a person in the name of the government land of Lalita Niwas in Baluwatar have been taken to the public prosecutor’s office.
The police have taken them to the public prosecutor’s office to present them in court in order to get a deadline to keep them in prison in order to investigate the corruption of official papers.
The public prosecutor’s office will take them before Kathmandu’s district court and lengthen their deadline.
Min Bahadur Gurung, the proprietor of Bhatbhateni Supermarket, was among those detained in the case on Tuesday.
However, when three individuals freed, the remaining four persons, including Gurung, will be taken to court.
