Upgradation of Aanbu Khaireni-Pokhara section in full swing (photos)

POKHARA: The construction of the four-lane section of the Prithviraj highway from Aanbu Khaireni to Pokhara is now underway.

That road constructed is being upgraded by China Construction and Communication Company.

According to the project’s head, Narendra Subedi, this 80-kilometre-long road has been extended to four and six lanes.

Subedi claims that 30% of the work needed to be finished by April 2024 has already been accomplished.

Residents in the region have been harmed by the dust flying on the road. When the dust blows, the schools near the road have a similar difficulty.
