Indian rapper Honey Singh receives death threats
Honey filed a complaint with the Delhi Police's special cell after getting the message.
KATHMANDU: Honey Singh, an Indian singer and rapper, has received death threats.
Goldy Brar, a gangster who is presently in Canada, has threatened rapper Singh with death.
According to Aaj Tak, Goldy has sent a threatening voice message to Honey.
Honey filed a complaint with the Delhi Police’s special cell after getting the message.
Honey passed the voice message over to the police. Based on the singer’s accusation, the police have launched an inquiry.
Goldy Brar is the same gangster associated with the murder of Punjabi musician Sidhu Moose Wala. Goldy, together with a prominent mobster like Lawrence Bishnoi, had arranged Sidhu’s murder.
Honey debuted as a musician in 2005. Honey, who rose to prominence with a string of popular songs and raps, was a drug addict. He was eventually diagnosed with bipolar illness.
