Nepal-India relations ascended to mountain-like heights: Minister Kiranti

POKHARA: Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Sudan Kirati has said that the relationship between Nepal and India is progressing like the height of the mountains.

He said this while addressing a program organized on the occasion of International Yoga Day in Pokhara on Wednesday.

He said that after Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s visit to India, the relationship between Nepal and India has become stronger and higher. He invited the citizens of India to Pokhara to do yoga and see the scenic view.

He said that Nepal’s natural beauty is not found in other countries and he said that Pokhara should be made a business centre of Nepal, India and China.

He said that cultural, social and economic relations will be strengthened if there are flights from Pokhara to various cities in India.

Minister Kirati said that Prime Minister Dahal’s recent visit to India proved to be a milestone for expanding relations.
