KATHMANDU: Nepal Bankers Association (NBA) and Invest for Impact Nepal have signed an agreement.
An agreement was formed to jointly provide a certified course in environmental, social, and good governance.
Sunil KC, Chair of the association, and Bivek Shrestha, chief executive officer, signed the agreement on behalf of Invest for Impact.
According to this agreement, the University of Pompeu Fabra Barcelona School of Management (UPF-BSM) in Barcelona, Spain will jointly administer the accredited course in environmental, social, and good governance to financial sector workers working in Nepal.
The initiative is expected to serve a supportive role in the generation of skilled labor by strengthening the ability of workers of Nepal’s banks and financial institutions.
