Machhapuchhre Bank honored with Infosys Finacle Innovation Awards

KATHMANDU: Machapuchhre Bank Limited has been awarded the Infosys Finacle Innovation Award, 2023, Maximizing Customer Engagement Gold Award, along with its success in digital banking by significantly increasing the quality of digital services provided to customers and the number of transactions.
The Infosys Finacle Innovation Award-2023 Maximizing Customer Engagement-Gold award was presented to Machhapuchre Bank by the international information technology corporation Infosys Finacle India Bangalore.

Every year, Infosys Finacle presents prizes in ten distinct categories.
More than 200 companies from around the world were nominated in several categories this year.
Machhapuchhre Bank now serves over 1.4 million customers across the country with 165 branches, 12 extension counters, 133 branchless banking services, and 203 ATMs.
