MoU between Prabhu Bank & Nathan Associates London for IIEN

KATHMANDU: An agreement has been signed between Prabhu Bank and Nathan Associates London Limited.

The agreement was signed with Invest for Impact Nepal (IIEN), a program to be implemented by Nathan, for cooperation on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and Investment Readiness.

Nathan Associates was jointly established by British International Investment (BII), Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank (FMO) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

In the presence of Buddhika Samarasinghe, Vice Chair of Nathan Associates London, Chief Executive Officer Ashok Sherchan on behalf of the bank and Bibek Shrestha, Nepal representative of Nathan Associates on behalf of IIN, signed the agreement.

After the agreement, the bank believes that the increasing importance of Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) in the world including Nepal will be clarified in more detail through the joint cooperation of Prabhu Bank and IIEN.
