NSL to begin from Nov 25

KATHMANDU: The date for the second edition of Nepal Super League (NSL) franchise football has been announced.
On Thursday, Nepal Sports and Events Management announced the date of the Nepal Super League.
From Mangsir 9 (Nov 25) until Poush 21 (Jan 6), the new version of NSL will be held.
Following consultations with the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), the organizers announced the date.
Last Poush, ANFA secured an eight-year contract with the organizers to host the NSL.
This season, the NSL will have ten teams.
The number of teams competing in the NSL tournament has been raised to ten this year with the addition of three new clubs.
This time the participation of Biratnagar City FC, Birgunj United FC, Butwal Lumbini FC, Dhangadhi FC, FC Chitwan, Jhapa FC, Kathmandu Razors FC, Lalitpur City FC and Pokhara Thunders and Sporting Eelam FC The Mechi.
