Monsoon moving westward, such is the weather forecast for three days

KATHMANDU: Currently, the influence of monsoon system in the eastern and central parts of the country has been reported by the Weather Forecasting Division.

As a result of which there is partial to normal change in the hilly areas of the country including Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati and Gandaki States.

In the afternoon, there will be partial to moderate showers over the hilly areas of the country including Koshi States.

There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with lightning in some places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki States and few places in remaining hilly areas.

In the night, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with lightning at some places in the hilly areas of Bagmati and Gandaki States including Koshi States.

Also, there is a possibility of temporary or light rain with lightning at one or two places in the rest of the hilly areas of the country including Madhesh States .
