National Music Awards to be held in Pokhara

POKHARA: Pokhara will host the National Music Award.

Kaski Khabar Pvt Ltd organized the award on Ashar 2 (June 17).

According to Sagar Karki, secretary of the organizing committee, awards will be given out in 37 different music categories.

The best five nominees have also been announced

There have been 185 nominations.

According to Karki, the award was created to both reward and promote young artists.

Voting will determine 40 points for the award, the jury will determine 50 points, and the organizer will determine 10 points.

The money saved from the award program, according to Chair Rishiram Dahal, would be donated to the artist welfare fund.
