Bayern sign Konrad Laimer from RB Leipzig on free transfer

KATHMANDU: Bayern Munich has signed Konrad Laimer as a midfielder.

Bayern signed Lamar from RB Leipzig on a free transfer.

Bayern Munich has signed a four-year contract with the 26-year-old midfielder.

“It’s a dream come true for me. FC Bayern is one of the biggest clubs in the world,” Laimer said in a statement. “I will give everything for the club and the fans. FC Bayern always has the highest goals — just like me. I’m in the right place here,’ he remarked following the deal.

Laimer, an Austrian midfielder, joined the German club from RB Salzburg in 2017.

Laimer has appeared in 190 games for RB Leipzig.
