Nabil & NBBL Securities to conduct integrated business from June 16

KATHMANDU: Nabil Securities and NBBL Securities Limited will merge on Ashar 1 (June 16) and conduct integrated business.

Nabil Securities purchased NBBL Securities and began consolidated operations on Ashar 1 (June 16).

Following the acquisition of Nepal Bangladesh Bank by Nabil Bank, the subsidiary companies of that company are also likely to combine.

The acquisition resolution was approved during a special general meeting of Nabil Securities and NBBL Securities on Jestha 12 (May 26).

On Jestha 22 (June 5), the corporate registrar’s office approved its receipt.
