Allister signed to Liverpool

KATHMANDU: Alexis Mac Allister has joined Premier League team Liverpool.

Allister has joined Liverpool from Premier League opponents Brighton.

Allister was signed by Liverpool for 35 million pounds.

Allister will wear the number 10 jersey at Liverpool.

The 24-year-old midfielder had an outstanding performance in the recently concluded season.

In 2019, the Argentine midfielder joined Brighton. In 112 games with Brighton, he has scored 20 goals.

He scored 12 goals in 40 games this season.

When Argentina won the World Cup in Qatar, he was the team’s mainstay.

He has appeared in 16 Argentina matches.
