Mayor Balen placed a map of ‘Greater Nepal’ in his office

KATHMANDU: Balendra Sah (Balen), Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, has placed a map of Greater Nepal in his office.

There is a strong protest in Nepal after India placed a map of the integral India, including Nepal’s territory, in its newly constructed parliament building.

While India says the map should be saved as a cultural legacy, there is a voice in Nepal that says the map of Greater Nepal should be preserved.

In this regard, Mayor Balen Shah has requested that a map of Greater Nepal be erected in his office.

Mayor Shah is now in India.

It is said that the map of Greater Nepal has been placed on the wall under Sah’s direction.
