Karim Benzema signs three-year deal with Saudi Arabian champions Al-Ittihad

KATHMANDU: Karim Benzema, a French forwarder, has joined Saudi Pro League champions Al-Ittihad. Al-Ittihad signed Benzema to a three-year contract.
Al-Ittihad has informed the authorities that Benzema has been brought in. Al-Ittihad signed Benzema for 213 million dollars each season.
In the video posted by Al-Ittihad, Benzema said that this is a new challenge for him and said that he came to the league with players like Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ittihad has planned a welcoming ceremony for Benzema in front of their fans at their stadium in Jihad. Prior to this, he opted to leave Real Madrid, where he had spent 14 seasons.
Benzema’s final match for Real Madrid was against Athletic Club in La Liga on Sunday night. Benzema scored the game-tying goal for Real in that 1-1 stalemate.
