Prachanda, Deuba & Jhala Nath to go to Khaptad, Baba Ramdev will also visit

KATHMANDU: Today, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda will visit Khaptad, a popular religious tourism destination.

According to Prime Minister’s press expert Manhari Timilsina, Prachanda will first attend the tribute meeting of Defense Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka’s brother & daughter-in-law Dr. Sanju Khadka in Surkhet. After that there is a schedule to go to Khaptad.
Congress president and former prime minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, former prime minister Jhala Nath Khanal, Congress leader Ramesh Lekhak and other leaders are also scheduled to go to Khaptad.
Following that, a trip to Khaptad is planned. Congress president and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, former Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal, Congress leader Ramesh Lekhak, and other leaders are expected to visit Khaptad.
The spiritual summit will be attended by world-renowned yoga guru Ramdev, Patanjali Yogpeeth General Minister Acharya Balakrishna, and Mahayogi Jagatguru Shiddhababa Krishnadas, who lives in Chatara.
Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balakrishna are planned to conduct yoga on the first day of the conference, and on the following two days.
The conference will feature popular Far Western cultural tableaus such as Bhuwa, Hudkayuli, Gaura, Deuda, Putla (mannequin) dance, and so on.
The Khaptad region, which is encompassed by the districts of Doti, Achham, Bajhang, and Bajura, is well-known for its sacred and precious herbs.
In Khaptad, which has 22 patans, 25 plains, and 52 thumkas and is rich in biological diversity, there are hundreds of bird species, 372 plant species, and 130 varieties of herbs.
