Napoli crowned title trophy

KATHMANDU: Napoli, the Italian Serie A champions, won their final game of the season.

Napoli ended the season on a high note, defeating Sampdoria 2-0 on goal difference on Sunday night.

Napoli won thanks to one goal each from Victor Osimhen and Giovanni Simeone.

Victor gave Napoli an early lead with a penalty in the 64th minute of the game.

Then, in the 85th minute, Giovanni scored to give Napoli a 2-0 victory.

The final Napoli championship trophy was presented.

After 33 years, Napoli has finally won the Serie A title.

This was before Napoli won the title in 1990.

With this victory, Napoli added 90 points in 38 games.

Sampdoria kept on asking for relegation by adding 19 points.
