Senior police constable found dead
According to the police, the deceased was suffering from TB disease.
KATHMANDU: A senior police constable working in Telok area police station in the Sirijangha Rural Municipality of Taplejung was discovered dead.
Deepak Shah Shankar, 41, of Udayapur’s Triyuga Municipality-7, was found dead while returning from Sidingba Rural Municipality during a security patrol, according to the District Police Office Taplejung.
A police constable on his way back from Mehele in Sidingba was found dead after a long search, District Police Office Taplejung Spokesperson and Information Officer Police Inspector Kushram Karki informed.
According to the police, the deceased was suffering from TB disease.
It is said that the body of the deceased has been examined and prepared to be handed over to the relatives.
