Nepal accomplished the target of 110 runs set by Malaysia despite losing wickets in the over.
Earlier in Malaysia, the home team batted first after losing the toss scored 109 runs after losing 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
For the home team, Wan Julia scored 47 runs off 60 balls.
Mahirah Izzati Ismail scored 20 off 31 balls and Winifred Duraisingam scored 24 off 25 balls. For Nepal, Kabita Joshi grabbed two wickets and Ishwari Bista took one.
The five-match T-20 international series was won by Nepal 3-2. Nepal won the second match by 7 wickets after losing the first by 5 wickets. Nepal won the third match by 27 runs, while Malaysia won the fourth match by 6 wickets.
