KATHMANDU: Srichchha Pradhan has been crowned Miss Nepal World 2023.
She was crowned by last year’s winner Priyanka Rani Joshi today at a special ceremony held at the Lalitpur-based Godawari Convention Hall.
Prasiddhy Shah was crowned Miss Nepal International, while Raina Majgaiya was crowned Miss Nepal Earth.
At the ceremony, the winners of 12 co-categories were announced.
The winner of Miss Nepal Pradhan is a permanent Kathmandu resident and graduate student in environmental science. She considers herself to be an environmental activist. Sreechha, 23, also won the co-categories of Face of the Year and Miss DHI.
In which Prashmi Shah (Miss Popular Choice), Aishwarya Shrestha (Miss Fitness Queen and Miss Intellectual), Grishma Adhikari (Miss Glamour), Pragya Bajracharya (Miss Confident), Raina Majgaiya (Miss Healthy Skin), Suhani Khadka Chhetri (Miss Multimedia), Srichchha Pradhan (Face of the Year)
, Unnati Gurung (Woman Thi The Wings), Kirtika Khadka (Miss Photogenic), Aayushma Baral (Miss Beauty with the Purpose) were declared.
The title was contested by 24 semifinalists. The new Miss Nepal will compete in the Miss World pageant next year.
