Police beats Khumaltar

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Police Club has won the Shahid Smarak ‘A’ Division Football League.

Police defeated FC Khumaltar 2-0 at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwor on Friday.

Police won thanks to goals from Bharat Shah and Mohammad Ashiq.

Bharat opened the score for Police in the 76th minute with a header.

Mohammad then scored in the 88th minute of the game to give Police a 2-0 victory.

This is the eighth victory of the police. Police have scored 28 points in 21 games.

The police has risen to the sixth position.
