Two dies, one injured in Saptari bike accident
The collision gravely injured Ajay Kumar Khanga, 23, of the same location.
JANAKPURDHAM: Two people died on the spot and one person was injured when a motorcycle met with an accident on the Rajbiraj Sakhada road section in Chinnamasta Rural Municipality-3 of Saptari.
Among those killed were Shyam Kumar Yadav, the 18-year-old son of local Jogindra Sah, and Bikash Kumar Khanga, the 30-year-old son of Raghuwar Khanga.
The collision gravely injured Ajay Kumar Khanga, 23, of the same location.
According to the Sakhada district police office, the accident occurred when a motorcycle (State-2-01-002 P 2560) traveling from Rajbiraj to Sakhda lost control and collided with a pole.
The motorcycle was being driven by all three people.
The injured Ajay is being treated at a local clinic. He has injuries to his head, hand, and legs. Both of the deceased’s bodies have been transferred to Rajbiraj.
