Parliament will not continue until the allegations are confirmed: Subas Nemwang

KATHMANDU: Subas Chandra Nemwang, deputy leader of the CPN-UML parliamentary party, has stated that the parliament will not be permitted to convene until the claims against the leader of the main opposition party are proven.

The meeting of the House of Representatives postponed following the claims of Maoist MP Lekhnath Dahal that the Jalhari installed in Pashupatinath on Jestha 14 (May 24)was of brass rather than gold, and that then-Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had corrupted it.
