The deceased Khanal was discovered dead at his home on Tuesday.
KATHMANDU: A 52-year-old man discovered dead in Panchthar.
The deceased has been identified as Lekhnath Khanal, a resident of Tingden in Panchthar, Kumayak Rural Municipality-4.
The deceased Khanal was discovered dead at his home on Tuesday.
Investigations regarding the incident is underway, says police.
