Such is the weather forecast for the next three days

KATHMANDU: At present, there is a general effect of western winds as well as local winds in the country, according to the Weather Forecast Division.

As a result, the weather throughout the remainder of the country is normally clear, while the weather in the country’s hilly sections, including Koshi State, is partly cloudy.

In the afternoon, there will be light to moderate rain in the country’s hilly sections. Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is possible in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Madhesh states.

Windstorms are also possible in various Terai areas of Koshi and Madhesh States.

At night, there is a possibility of light rain with lightning in some places of hilly areas of Koshi, Gandaki and Karnali State.
