He argues that the constitution of 2072 was made by many people. ‘Yes, now we must be married! In 072, we started to build the constitution. The then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had to face the subsequent blockade. The people supported us, the country achieved success,’ he said, ‘After the 2074 election, we were engaged in a lot of work. Limpiyadhura, Lipulekh, Kalapani, which were outside our sovereignty for half a century…we added to the map in insane manner. The whole country stood in one place.’
He also said that he accepts criticism. ‘Now the mayor of Dharan is trying to feed Dharan’s people with water. Everyone is being told to labor donate. That’s why I have also said – I don’t know in Dharan, but I am a popular mayor outside. I am also a person who likes to do things. I see people’s disagreements, I see people criticizing on social media. I accept the criticism, thank you!
He told Sampang that he worked insanely hard. Deputy Secretary General Rimal referred to Dharan Mayor Harka Sampang as the ‘Insane Mayor’ during the All Nepal Women’s Association’s second plenary meeting on Saturday. He conveyed his disgust to the activists, claiming that Dharan’s insane mayor received thousands of likes on social media while KP Oli’s received less.
