12 held for gambling
On the basis of a special information, the police deployed from New Baneshwor police circle found them and arrested them with 6 decks of card and 84,620 rupees in cash.
KATHMANDU: Police arrested 12 people, including 50-year-old Shriram Thapa Magar, resident of Lalitpur, Lalitpur Metropolitan City-27, while gambling at the house of Gopal Magar, resident of Aloknagar, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-31, on Saturday evening.
On the basis of a special information, the police deployed from New Baneshwor police circle found them and arrested them with 6 decks of card and 84,620 rupees in cash.
The police are investigating further in this regard.
