Arrest warrants have been issued against 26 people including administrative officer Kishor Kumar Ram of District Administration Office Saptari.
District Court Saptari issued arrest warrants for 26 people, including four employees, including administrative officer Ram, three policemen, including police assistant inspector Mahendra Prasad Chaudhary of the district police office, Rajbiraj Municipality 11 ward president Udit Narayan Yadav, and ward secretary Harinarayan Yadav.
Satish Yadav, an Indian citizen, took Nepali citizenship on 2079 Falgun 21 (5 March 2023) based on bogus information.
Living in Rajbiraj, he is the grandson of Suryanarayan Yadav of Rajbiraj Municipality-11. But Satish was made a citizen on the basis of false information by making a son.
