3 dies in tractor collision in Panchthar

KATHMANDU: On Wednesday morning, a tractor (May 1 Ta 2961) transporting sand from Hewa Khola to Jorpokhari collided at Panchthar, Hilihang Rural Municipality-7 Sanwewa road, killing two people, including 12-year-old Pujana Subedi, the daughter of Kamal Subedi of the same municipality.

They sustained significant injuries in the tractor hit and died while receiving treatment at District Hospital Panchthar.

In addition, one other individual was hurt as a result of the tractor hit and is being treated at the same hospital.

The police are currently looking for the tractor driver who has gone missing.
