4 critically hurt in lightning strike

DAILEKH: Four members of the same family were hurt in Dailekh as a result of the storm’s lightning.

Four people were injured in the house of Prabin BK located in Lakuri Khamne of Dungeshwor Rural Municipality-2 of the district on Monday night.

The injured are 21-year-old Paras BK, 16-year-old Hema BK, 17-year-old Purna BK, and 20-year-old Pushpa BK, according to the District Police Office Dailekh.

They all belong to the same family.

The injured are being treated at the Dailekh District Hospital Office.
