KATHMANDU: UML Secretary Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, who was absconding in the phony Bhutanese refugees scam, has been arrested.
Rayamajhi was apprehended on Sunday evening from Pasikot in Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, according to a top police source.
Rayamajhi fled Arghakhanchi on Baisakh 20 after an arrest warrant was issued.
On the same evening, his son Sandeep was apprehended by Butwal police.
