12-year-old child drowns to death in Narayani river
He drowned while swimming and was recovered and taken to Bharatpur's government hospital, where he died during treatment.
KATHMANDU: On Saturday afternoon, Ashish Khatri, 12, son of Hom Bahadur Khatri and a resident of Bharatpur Municipal Corporation-3, drowned in the Narayani river behind the Moonlight Boarding School.
He drowned while swimming and was recovered and taken to Bharatpur’s government hospital, where he died during treatment.
In this context, the police are conducting the required investigations.
