Cabinet expansion of Gandaki State today, swearing in at 4 p.m

POKHARA: Cabinet is expanding in Gandaki today.

Preparations for the oath of office today are underway, with Chief Minister Surendra Raj Pandey naming ministers.

At 4 p.m. today, four ministers will be sworn in.

Resham Jugjali of the Maoist party will be appointed as minister, while Mahendra Dhwaj JC and Dipendra Thapa Magar of the Congress party would be appointed as ministers.

Previously, two Congressmen and one Maoist were appointed as ministers, including the Chief Minister.

The ministers’ responsibilities will be allocated today. Jugjali will be appointed as Maoist Minister of Physical Infrastructure, while Sushila Singhada will be appointed as Minister of Social Development.

The remaining ministries to be taken by Congress.
