Police arrest a youth for staging black flag protests against Arzu

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a youth in Hetauda for trying to show black flags to Arzu Rana Deuba, the spouse of Nepali Congress central member and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.

Police arrested Krishna Raj Koirala of Hetauda who tried to display black flag to Arzu on the charge of involvement in the case of bogus Bhutanese refugees case.

Koirala was arrested on charge of attempting to display the black flag to Arzu who reached Hetauda on Thursday to take part in a program organized by the Bagmati State Policy and Planning Commission.
