KATHMANDU: Rajendra Lingden, a member of Parliament and the President of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), has said that the state government and redundant administrative structures should be dissolved.
He mentioned this when speaking to the House of Representatives about the budget’s principles and priorities for the coming fiscal year.
‘The most inefficient are provincial governments and other entities,’ he says, adding that ‘it will not happen unless they are abolished.’
He suggested that the government expedite the development of massive hydroelectric projects.
