Bindabasini Kansakar oath halts (with orders)

KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) would not take the oath of Bindabasini Kansakar, who has been appointed as proportional MP in place of proportional Dhaka Kumar Shrestha.

Following Dhaka Kumar was implicated in the audio case of money transactions, the party removed him as an ordinary member.

Along with that, Kanhakar was sent to the proportional MP of RSP which was vacant.

The Election Commission had also provided Kansakar a certificate as an MP.

However, Kansakar’s oath will be halted after the court issued an interim order in the issue of Dhaka that reached the court and urged not to take immediate action.
