Price of gold dropped by 1200

KATHMANDU: The price of gold in Nepal has dropped by Rs 1,200 in a single day, but the price of silver has stayed unchanged.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, 110,600 rupees have been fixed in Chhapawal gold tola on Sunday.

The price of Tejabi gold has been fixed at 101,050 rupees per tola.

Gold reached a high of 111,800 eight rupees on Thursday.

Silver’s price stayed unchanged on Sunday. On Sunday, Silver tola was bought and sold at Rs 1,445.

Silver was previously purchased and sold at the same price.
