65-year-old pedestrian dies in vehicle hit
Lalit Kumar Panjiyar, 65, has been identified as the deceased.
KATHMANDU: Pedestrian dies in vehicle collision in Udayapur on Sunday evening.
The incident occurred following a collision on Jyamire Road, Chaudandigadhi Municipality-9, Udyapur with a HiAce (Ba 4 Kha 6312) on its route to Gaighat from Beltar.
Lalit Kumar Panjiyar, 65, has been identified as the deceased.
He was critically injured in the collision and died while being treated at B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan.
The vehicle and the driver have been apprehended by police.
