Weather Forecast: Rain in Nepal for next one week

KATHMANDU: Today’s weather in the country will be partly normal.
There is a chance of light to moderate rain with thunder/lightning in some hilly locations, and a chance of light rain with thunder/lightning in a few places in the plains.

After the rain system that entered Nepal through the Far West on Friday was activated, it started raining on Saturday morning.
Meteorologist Govinda Jha stated that the water vapor system that entered Nepal via Uttarakhand and western parts of India brought rain to the hilly areas of the country’s seven states. According to him, the system moving eastward has advanced enough to send rain to all parts of the Terai region.
He informed that although the rains have reduced on Monday, the rains will repeat as another system is in the process of entering.
Farmers will benefit from the vigorous pre-monsoon as the rainfall will wet the soil. This rain has also brought relief from the heat, which has been on the rise in recent days.
