Kuwait-Nepal to meet in the semi-finals at TU

KATHMANDU: The ACC Premier Cup semi-final match between Nepal and Kuwait will be held at TU in the capital.

Kuwait confirmed a semi-final encounter with home country Nepal after defeating Hong Kong by 30 runs in the decisive match of Group B.
The semi-final match between Nepal and Kuwait will take place at the TU stadium on Saturday.
The winner of Group A, Nepal, will face the runner-up of Group B, Kuwait, in the semi-finals.
Similarly, the runner-up of Group A, Oman, and the winner of Group B, UAE, will meet in the second semi-final match.
The second semi-final will take place at Mulpani Cricket ground.
In addition, the Mulpani Cricket Ground will be granted One Day International (ODI) status.
Nepal organized the first international game in Mulpani as a result of this event. Mulpani will receive ODI recognition because both the UAE and Oman are ODI-recognized countries.
