One drowns to death in Kanchanpur

KATHMANDU: Tara Bista, 32, of Punarbas Municipality-10, Kanchanpur, drowned and died on Thursday morning in Lamaiya canal.

She drowned while attempting to cross the canal to cut the grass.

The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
