He could readily receive information on the flight from there.’ He claims that the ‘mobile app’ can provide not only tickets but also information on a variety of topics.

“Sometimes the flight is delayed due to weather, and in that case, the passenger will get all the information from the app,” he explains. “There may be no contact with the concerned person, but using the mobile app can get rid of that hassle.”

The ‘mobile app’ for Buddha Air is simple to use. It is appropriate for children aged 12 to 14 as well as adults aged 60 and over. According to Communications Manager Karan, travellers who use the’mobile app’ can receive tickets at a reduced price than those who do not.

According to him, the ticket can be downloaded in 6-7 clicks from the phone screen. Passengers can pay for their tickets with a Visa, Mastercard, or a variety of Debit cards. Money can also be sent by e-service, IME, and pocket app.

He stated that there would be no theft or fraud while purchasing tickets via the smartphone app. According to him, high-speed internet has been set up at the airport’s ticket counter to check tickets. Security has been maintained so that others do not check and use the ticket. He claims that the ticket can only be downloaded after the PNR and ticket number have been saved.

How to see the ticket from the travel agency?

If the passenger purchased the ticket through a travel agency, the travel agency will send the PNR number and ticket number to the passenger. The ticket can be downloaded from the mobile app as soon as the numbers are entered.
