Chance of rain & change in these states

KATHMANDU: At present, there is an influence of western winds as well as local winds in the country, according to the Weather Forecast Division.

As a result of which there is partial to general change in the hilly areas of the country including Sudurpasdchim, Karnali, Lumbini, Gandaki State.

This afternoon, there is a possibility of temporary rain with lightning in a few places in the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali and Gandaki States and one or two places in the hilly areas of the rest of the country.

At night, it will be partly to mostly cloudy in the hilly areas of the country and the weather will be generally clear in the rest of the country.
