COVID: 82 infected, 1 death, 65 recoveries

KATHMANDU: COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 82 more persons in Nepal in the previous 24 hours, and one COVID-19 infected person has died.

According to the Ministry of Health (MoHP), in the previous 24 hours, out of a sample of 1,634 people, 494 people were tested for PCR and during the antigen test of 1,420 people, 45 out of 82 people were found to be infected with COVID-19 infection.

According to the MoHP, the number of active COVID-19 infected people has reached 361, with 29 people in institutional isolation, 5 in ICU, and 1 on ventilator.

Similarly, 65 persons were fully recovered of COVID-19 infection on Wednesday.
